NICOLE
Nicole is a licensed and ordained pastor with the Evangelical Covenant Church. Nicole has led in ministry and the non profit sector for many years. She was church planter and lead pastor of a successful, multicultural church located in the Twin Cities for over a decade. She is a sought after mentor and speaker. She aspires to be intentional with her influence through coaching leaders creating online events to help spiritually enrich and empower others especially women.
Pastor Nicole seeks to provide an online community for women to unapoloegtically discover their power and find their voice. Founder of She Preaches, a two day leadership intensive designed for women in leadership to discover their voice and use and delve deeper into their leadership and speaking abilities.
Currently Nicole works with Luther Seminary’s Faith + Lead program as a Coach and Director of their Fellowship program. She's also a coach with Wheaton College Billy Graham Center Preaching Institute, and serving as an interim pastor at Radiant Covenant Church in Renton, WA.
My Calling & Mission
My mission is simple but powerful: to equip, empower, and encourage women to rise. Whether through teaching, preaching, mentoring, or creating sacred spaces of sisterhood and growth, I believe every woman has a “next” that’s waiting for her. And I’m here to help her find it, own it, and live it.
My Journey
I didn’t just wake up walking in purpose — my journey has been full of pivots, pain, and divine redirection. But through every valley and every victory, God has proven faithful. From the pulpit to personal moments with women in transition, my life’s work is built on showing up with authenticity, compassion, and truth. I’ve learned that transformation doesn’t happen all at once — it happens step by step, and it’s sacred.

Faith is more than a belief — it’s how I move, lead, and serve. It’s the foundation of every sermon I preach, every product I create, and every conversation I hold space for. Through Unwavering Love devotionals, powerful coaching sessions, and Christ-centered content, my heart is to see you grow in your walk and walk fully in your purpose.
