Nicole D. Bullock is an ordained pastor, speaker, leadership coach, and forthcoming author passionate about helping people find their voice, embrace their calling, and lead with confidence.

She holds a Master of Divinity degree and has spent more than a decade serving in pastoral leadership, church planting, theological education, and leadership development. Nicole has served as a lead pastor, seminary professor, and ministry coach, equipping leaders across the country to communicate with clarity, courage, and conviction.

Known for her authentic teaching style and powerful storytelling, Nicole speaks to the intersection of faith, leadership, resilience, and personal transformation. Whether preaching from the pulpit, coaching emerging leaders, or writing for a broader audience, she helps people discover that their voice matters and that God can use their story for greater impact.

Nicole's forthcoming book, Can I Get an Amen?, will be published by InterVarsity Press in 2027. Drawing from her experience as a pastor, preacher, and leader, the book encourages communicators to own their voice, strengthen their message, and speak with greater confidence and authenticity.

Through her teaching, writing, and coaching, Nicole continues to encourage leaders, communicators, and everyday believers to live boldly, lead faithfully, and become who God created them to be.

Rest isn’t weakness—it’s wisdom. It’s worship. Sometimes the most spiritual thing you can do is pause. I’m taking my own advice. I’ve reached the halfway point in my chemo treatments, I’ll be taking a little social media break to focus on rest and recovery. Appreciate all the love and prayers.
